During this meeting, we outline our approach and explain how our services can benefit you. We aim to provide clarity on what to expect from our wealth planning process and how it aligns with your financial goals.
Once you’re ready to proceed, we guide you through the engagement process. This involves signing an engagement letter, providing payment information, and submitting any necessary data and documents. This step ensures that we have all the information required to move forward effectively.

We kick off our partnership with a call dedicated to setting clear goals, clarifying data and documents, and establishing expectations. Transparency, open communication, and trust are fundamental to our long-term partnership, and we prioritize fostering these qualities from the very beginning.

This pivotal half-day meeting takes place at our Charlotte office, where we present your personalized wealth plan. We discuss recommended strategies, action items, and the expected outcomes. Following the meeting, we provide you with a comprehensive Wealth Planning implementation checklist and financial information outlining projected outcomes.
Our commitment doesn’t end with the wealth planning meeting. We schedule a call one month later to review the Wealth Planning report and assist with implementing the recommendations. Moving forward, we conduct two to four calls annually to monitor progress, update the plan as needed, provide continuous advice, and track the growth of your net worth.
